Disney/Pixar's COCO live-to-film concert
Score performed live by Orquesta Folclórica Nacional de México
Presented in collaboration with FilmScene
Coco takes 12-year-old Miguel—and delighted audience members—to the Land of the Dead as he implores his great-great-grandfather to help him reverse his family's ban on music. The movie won Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song ("Remember Me"). In this can't-miss family event, the full movie will be presented on the big screen at Hancher. The movie's thrilling score—composed by Oscar and Grammy-winning composer Michael Giacchino—will be performed live by 20 members of Orquesta Folclórica Nacional de México, an orchestra of expert musicians trained in the interpretation of a wide variety of Mexican folk music.
Original score by Michael Giacchino; original songs by Germaine Franco, Adrian Molina, Robert Lopez, Kristen Anderson-Lopez; concert and tour produced by Artist Management Partners (AMP) Worldwide LLC.
